Helping community groups and local authorities to work better together

Can you give 10-15 minutes of your time to tell us how well your organisation works with your local authority? We are looking for lessons community groups involved in local climate action can share with each other. Your answers to these questions will be totally confidential and will help find ways to improve relationships and make climate change projects even more effective.

It would be really helpful if you could take the time to fill out this short online survey. The Scottish Community Climate Action Network has commissioned Cambium Advocacy to do a study of how local authorities and community groups taking action on climate change are working together. Part of the study is to look for examples of how groups are working with local authorities, illustrating the opportunities and challenges.

Please keep your answers short – we can follow up with you if we have any questions. All of your answers will be treated as confidential. If your project looks like a good case study, then we will contact you to see if your group would be willing to be used in the report, but will not include anything without your explicit approval.

The anonymised results of this study will be made available to community groups by the Scottish Community Climate Action Network in due course.

The deadline for responses is 30 January 2013.

Thank you for your help!
