Join renowned climate scientist Prof Pete Smith for a discussion on our current understanding of climate science, the urgency to reach Net Zero and what needs to be done to reach that goal.
With time to discuss with others and share ideas on how best to communicate climate science and spark change.

Pete Smith holds a personal chair in Soils & Global Change at the University of Aberdeen. His main areas of expertise are in modelling greenhouse gas / carbon mitigation, bioenergy, biological carbon sequestration, global food systems modelling and greenhouse gas removal technologies.
He is Science Director of Scotland’s Climate Change Centre of Expertise ClimateXchange
