Supporting our members in the Coronavirus Pandemic

We are keen to find out how our members are being affected by the current Coronavirus Pandemic and ‘lockdown’. For this we have prepared a very short Coronavirus Survey for SCCAN members.

Is there anything you are doing to support your community that we could share with others?
What actions you are taking to adapt to the new situation?
What particular challenges are you facing? What support do you need?

Please do take a few moments to answer these few short questions.

SCVO have set up the Coronavirus Third Sector Information Hub. This information hub will be regularly updated with official information for charities, community groups, social enterprises and voluntary organisations including with information about the newly opened Scottish Government Third Sector Resilience Fund which is intended to support third sector organisations to stabilise and manage cash flows over this difficult period.

Communities Channel Scotland have set up this Community Responses to COVID-19 page with a huge range of useful resources. And Voluntary Arts Scotland have set up #CreativeNetwork – a daily online get-together open to anyone involved in arts, culture and creativity who would welcome the opportunity to talk to others about dealing with the current situation, the challenges of working from home and what we can do together to make the most of difficult circumstances.
