Trying to achieve a lot in no time at all?

Developing and delivering projects on short term grant funding comes with special challenges for managers. This seminar will help organisations make best use of short term grants by exploring the challenges in staffing, project planning, managing progress, gathering evidence of impact and preparing for exit, when grants are short term, all of which are different tasks when time is very short. It will look at implications for organisational sustainability and growth when short term grants make up a significant proportion of income.
